It was definitely hard to leave the country of Thailand, but once we arrived to Singapore, we realized there was quite a lot to see during our short 4 night stay. Dustin had previously visited Singapore a couple years back for a business trip, but I had never had the privilege.
Thankfully because of the tremendous wealth in Singapore new features are being added to the city every year. After asking our hostel about some of the highlights as well as doing our own research we realized we had plenty to see without dragging Dustin through any repeats.
On top of new sites we enjoyed the city’s popular food centers, local swimming pools and visiting MacRitchie Reserve where we hiked the very cool Treetop Walk. We even met some locals on the hike that said they know people who have lived in Singapore for years that have never even heard of the reserve or the walk!
